After spending much of 2020 and 2021 closed, we’re thrilled that both of our retail stores are back and open for business! If you haven’t had the chance to visit our stores, you really must put them on your to-do list!
The long established GAWS Op Shop located at 63 Vines Rd, Hamlyn Heights is an eclectic treasure trove of goodies waiting to be discovered. The volunteers that staff the store are passionate about raising funds to support the animals in care at the Moolap shelter.
The store is open six (6) days a week (excluding public holidays) 10am – 4pm and accepts donations daily during opening hours of good quality items including clothing and accessories, homewares, toys and more.
The new kid on the block, the GAWS Recycled Fashion & Homewares store is located at 201 Pakington Street, Geelong West and is open Wednesday – Saturday, 11am – 3pm. This smaller store focuses mainly on high quality recycled clothing, accessories and homewares and has a wonderful selection unique pieces.
The store has limited capacity to accept donations however, our volunteers who staff the store will happily guide you on what donations can be accepted when you visit.
The aim of our retail stores is to raise funds to support the animals in care at GAWS. We do hope to see you very soon in store to shop or donate, we’re thrilled to be open!
