An appointment-based adoption model is used at GAWS to ensure the health & safely of our staff, volunteers and customers.
If you are interested in adopting a new family member, please complete the below form and submit via the button at the end of the form. Your application will be reviewed by one of our adoption team members and they will be in touch. If you would prefer complete a physical form, you can download the Dog Adoption Questionnaire and return via email to dogadoptions@gaws.org.au or via post to GAWS, 325 Portarlington Road, Moolap VIC 3224.
