By fostering a cat or dog, you can give an animal that would not normally be able to be re-homed a second chance to find a forever home.
The purpose of foster care is to place into temporary care:
- kittens or pups who are too young or small to be adopted
- Animals recovering from illness or surgery
- Animals not coping in a shelter environment
Our foster carers help us free up space for predictable short term influxes of animals. This allows us to have space to care for lost dogs who escape in fear during New Years Eve fireworks.
